NNADAL FORWARDING, S.L.U. has as a priority objective the provision of high quality services with commitment and respect for the environment and sustainability in all its processes through a dynamic organization, homogeneous and effective transport of goods, customs clearance and storage of goods entrusted to us by our customers.


To this end, it has implemented a Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and GDP (Good Distribution Practices) which is based on the following principles and commitments:


We promote the continuous improvement of the services we offer to our clients, focusing on their needs, anticipating their expectations and, in short, offering them everything they require from us with maximum agility and efficiency.

We ensure the correct application of the legal and regulatory requirements that affect us.

We establish annual objectives based on the analysis of the environment and the results obtained.

We carry out a risk analysis by process, in order to adopt measures to minimize them.

We promote communication, professionalism, confidentiality, cooperation and mutual respect with all parties involved.

Hiring suppliers who have the tools and use them to reduce environmental impact as much as possible and maintain the necessary safety measures during the generation of their activities.

Encourage good environmental practices and the detection of faults or non-conformities, thus preventing their reappearance.

Optimization and rationalization of the resources used by our company, in order to prevent pollution and to reduce to the maximum the waste generated in the development of our activities.

Compensation to final customer that the port authority offers for non-compliance in the performance of the service, provided that these are applicable to the management of certified companies such as ours.we promote communication, professionalism, confidentiality, cooperation and mutual respect with all parties involved.

The achievement of all of the above must be based on the commitment of all personnel, a commitment that must be promoted by this Management. This requires, on the one hand, the involvement and participation of the human team and, on the other, favouring the motivation and professional level of this team by strengthening human, training, communication and technological resources, as well as the adequacy of infrastructures and security measures.
